Can I say that yet? Fall? If you live in Texas you’re giving me a hard ‘No’ but September always means Fall to me! And friends, September is just three days away. If you were to look in my closet, you might think I have somewhat of a uniform. And you’d be right. I feel my absolute best in neutrals and think they’re the most practical on the bang for your buck scale, but also take the guess work out of getting dressed. Sometimes though, just sometimes, I’m drawn to something beautiful and bright and yellow for Autumn just feels right.

The best part about it is that I can plop this top on with just about anything I own because it’s all neutral. Army green, grey, denim, white…they all play perfectly with this pop of color. (that phrase makes me cringe but there it is!) Don’t be afraid to pair colors with color either. This yellow top with a blush shoe might not be the conventional choice but looking down at a colorful shoe makes me happy. It’s the little things, you know?
