It’s here! I look forward to this Sale every year because it’s the only time you can save significantly on new season items before they jump up to their regular price. It’s brilliant and while it can be chaotic and there are lot’s of things to comb through, I’ve done the work for you and selected my favorite items from the Sale. My top tips are to shop shoes, activewear and denim first or solely because these items sell FAST, oftentimes without a restock in the popular colorways and sizes. To be honest, last year’s sale wasn’t my favorite but this one is g o o o o d. 4 o’s good. Lets get to it!
My favorite clothing:
Something Navy Flecked Crewneck Sweater ($49.90 – $79.00 after sale) I can guarantee this will sell out in all colorways in no time. I’ve seen it on and the fit is PERFECT. It’s that one sweater you need (you all know my H&M one from last year I scooped up in two colors and wore 5x a week. Not even sorry) and at this price point, I might get two colors right off the bat.
Mother The Hustler High Waist Ankle Jeans ($151.90- $220 after sale) If you’ve been around here for any length of time, you know Mother denim is my favorite. You probably also know they are painfully pricey.
Adidas Swift Running Sneaker ($63.90- $85 after sale) I have these in white and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. They’re one of my favorite “athleisure” shoes because they’re flattering and versatile while still truly being a work-out shoe. I’m getting another pair because my white ones are destroyed and I’m loyal now. These Nike ones are in my cart too for the same reason and that grey color is stunning.
The ALO high waist legging ( 75.90 – 114 after sale) I personally will always invest in these leggings alone from here on out but the only other pair of leggings I truly find flattering and comfortable are my ALO leggings. The price is one you won’t see for a very long time.
The AG “Ex-Boyfriend” Jeans ( $225.00 $149.90 ) A great pair of boyfriend jeans helps counteract the endless sea of skinny jeans out there.
Rag & Bone Skinny Raw Hem Jeans: ($129.90 – $195 after sale) My black raw hem jeans got the most wear last fall and winter because I’m a sucker for all black and these made my dreams come true. They just go with absolutely everything and while I love straight and wide leg jeans more for my particular body type, I love being able to still tuck these into boots. The price is fantastic and if I didn’t already own these, I’d scoop them up.
Additional Best Denim Investments:
One: $119- $179 after sale. I picked up these jeans because they’re supposed to flatter curves remarkably well. I love the shape with the very slight kick flare at the ankle and they’d be equally good with converse as they would with ankle boots and heels.
Two. $64.90 – $98 after sale. I got my first pair of Levis this year and friends, believe the hype, these are so flattering. They hold their shape and are a stiffer denim to wear in and mold to your body.
Three. $84- $128 after sale. For people who are exclusively loyal to Madewell jeans, these are your winners. Oh my goodness. The shape is so great and if you’ve only work tight skinny jeans thus far, give these a try and let me know how wonderful you feel. The same shape from Madewell in black is also included in the sale and it’s so good.
Four. $146- $220 after sale. I’m a firm believer that high waisted flares look great on every single body (and booty.) I will always have a pair in my closet and a bodysuit or tee tucked into this with a cardigan or blazer on top is just WINNING. The price for denim that high quality can’t be beat.
My favorite non-clothing items:
The T3 Cura Hair Dryer ($155.00- $235.00 after sale): I have this hair dryer and it’s the best one I’ve ever used. Styling my thick, dense, curly hair became a completely different experience once I started using this two years ago and I’m never going back!
The T3 Grey Singlepass Curling Iron ($107 – $160 after sale) I’ve had the same curling iron since college and it’s just not doing the trick anymore. I’ve seen people rave about this for years and I’m biting the bullet this time around.
The Barefoot Dreams ‘Cozy Chic; Comfy Throw Blanket ( $97.90 – $147.00 after sale ): You guys know how I feel about Barefoot Dreams. I absolutely cannot recommend this enough- whether this lives on your couch, in your quiet-time chair, your guest room or in your bed you will look forward to snuggling up with it every day. Everyone you know will want to steal it so keep your eyes on it at all times!
Lastly, I’ve tried on this cozy pullover and thought it was too pricey for what it is but I’ve been dreaming about it ever since. It came home with me! This cashmere cardigan is a splurge AND A HALF but man, it’s stunning and something you’ll have in your wardrobe forever. This cashmere cardigan, though, is less pricey and still a wonderful investment. I’ve seen it on and man is it stunning. There. The end!
