Today our sweet Nana girl turns three.
In todays Instagram post I shared some thoughts on Keogena at age two. Two was more difficult than I could have imagined. Oshiolema has been pretty much a classic “first child” from the beginning so his second year of life was only difficult because I had a newborn to take care of too. I felt completely unprepared for the battles and trials that come with two year old emotions this past year and realized my expectations are often too high, my anger too quick and my grace too little.
I’m so thankful for the past 365 days of getting to grow alongside this daughter of mine. She brings joy and light everywhere she goes and loves food more than anyone I’ve ever encountered. She’s been praying to be a big sister nearly every day and her big brother is her favorite person in the world. She loves dancing and singing and Cinderella and one on one time. She is our sweet girl and we love her so.
