Comfort food has been calling my name since I flipped the calendar to October but finding delicious Paleo, Whole30 or Vegan comfort food recipes takes some practice. Now that we’re nearing the end of the month, I figured it was time to pull together all the recipes I want to work my way through from late Autumn into Winter. Here are some tried and true favorites and some new recipes my kitchen can’t wait to welcome.

Stuffed Acorn Squash with Sausage, Cranberries and Apples
Paleo Chili – I always serve chili with corn chips, vegan cheese and vegan sour cream. Tofutti sour cream is their favorite and Miyokos cheese is the go-to.

Paleo Texas Style Brisket Tacos – Siete tortillas make this the taco of my dreams.
Paleo Maple Cinnamon Candied Pecans – I’m not currently eating egg whites but I can’t wait to try this exactly as the recipe is written. I love having a jar of Paleo Candied Pecans in the pantry to snack on and top our salads with.
