Happy Friday, Friends! I had such a beautiful birthday. Here are some of my favorite moments from this weekthe babes woke me up with my dream Airbnb breakfast and Oshiolema poured the cereal by himself with extra love

my sister had the loveliest spread for my birthday lunch the next day!

Tuesday (my 28th birthday) was spent playing with my babes during the day and enjoying a big birthday dinner at my parents house, which was so special! I hadn’t had birthday dinner sitting at my parents dining room table in many, many years. Wednesday, my sister threw me an absolutely stunning birthday lunch complete with homemade pizzas and delicious desserts. She’s a baker and her decorations and treats never disappoint! And Thursday was spent at the spa. O surprised me with a spa day (and booked manicures for my mom and a couple of my sisters so they could join me) and it was the most indulgent and wonderful gift! 

I’m so looking forward to this weekend since we’ll all be together. O and I have a conference to attend but the evenings will be filled to the brim with game night and lip-sync battles. 

Tonight at dinner I looked out the window and realized the sun hadn’t fully set yet, which was the first time in a long time dinnertime didn’t fall after dark. I cannot even begin to describe how happy this makes me!!! Spring is coming!
