Unfortunately, after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis Disease in 2018, I quickly discovered meal planning and prepping would be a new challenge. Over the years, I’ve learned some of the best and worst food for Hashimoto’s and how to prepare nourishing and delicious meals on a restrictive diet. I’m passionate about clean eating—and I love sharing it here with all of you. While this disease poses its own challenges, it doesn’t define me or my palate.
