“Fitting in” is something ingrained in us from a young age. We don’t know exactly what it looks like, but we know we’re supposed to do it. Well, if you take one look at me in a room full of my peers you know I never mastered the whole thing.
I wrote a piece about fitting in ourselves and raising children that don’t fit in either over on Risen Motherhood earlier this week. I pray you come away from reading it with peace in knowing our own Savior never fit in either and that should bring us all the comfort in the world. Head on over to the Risen Motherhood blog to read the essay and click over to this post to read a little bit more about my son’s name.
